•  What Is Clipboard-     
                                    Do you know about the clipboard function in Excel? It's important to know about if you copy and paste a lot in Excel (which everyone does). The Ctrl + C and Ctrl + V keyboard commands are commonly known, and the majority of people are familiar with Excel's copy and paste functionality. These shortcuts are excellent since they let you rapidly paste the last thing you copied. What happens, though, if you wish to paste more than the last thing you copied? This is exactly what the clipboard will let you accomplish.

                                    By selecting the Home tab and then the little expand icon in the Clipboard section's lower right corner, you may access Excel's clipboard. Additionally, there is a helpful keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + hit C).

                   In Excel and other Office programs, the clipboard may be located in the corresponding pane. to first crack it open;

  1.  Activate the Home tab.
  2. To open the clipboard, click the little symbol in the lower right corner of the clipboard area.
  3. Select Options from the menu.
  4. "Show Office Clipboard When Ctrl + C Pressed Twice" should be checked.

             To view the available choices, click the option  button in the Clipboard pane.

Show Office Clipboard Automatically- Display the Clipboard when copying items.

Show Office Clipboard When CTRL+C Pressed Twice-  Display the Clipboard when you press CTRL+C twice.

Collect Without Showing Office Clipboard-  Copy the items to the Clipboard without displaying the Clipboard task pane.

Show Office Clipboard Icon on Taskbar-  Display the Clipboard icon in the status area of the system taskbar when the Clipboard is active.

Show Status Near Taskbar When Copying-  Display the collected item message when copying items to the Clipboard.
